We specialize in quality, gently used furniture and distinctive home décor. Because our showroom is intentionally selective, we carefully consider every piece before accepting it.
How Consignment Works
1. Submit Your Items
Email photos and details about your items to
We review each piece based on condition, style, quality, current demand, and available showroom space.
Furniture is not accepted on site. Please email photos and details before bringing or making arrangements for furniture.
2. We Prepare & Display Your Pieces
Once accepted, SELECT handles pricing, tagging, merchandising, and presenting your items to our customers both in our showroom and across our social media platforms.
Our goal is to showcase each piece beautifully and help it find the right new home.
3. Your Item Sells
Your consignor share is:
Furniture — 50% of the selling price
Home Décor — 40% of the selling price
Payments are made by direct deposit ONLY. $2.50 transaction fee applies.
What We Look For
We love pieces that are:
Clean and in excellent, gently used condition
Structurally sound and fully functional
Current, timeless, unique, or designer
Well cared for and ready to be presented in our showroom
Appropriate for the upscale SELECT aesthetic
We accept a variety of furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, mirrors, and home décor.
Condition Matters
Please make sure items are clean, complete, odor-free, and free of significant damage, stains, excessive wear, or pet or smoke odors.
Furniture should be structurally sound, with drawers, doors, hardware, mechanisms, and electrical components working properly when applicable.
Your Consignment Term
Accepted merchandise is offered for sale in our showroom for 90 days.
If an item has not sold at the end of its consignment period, it must be picked up within 7 days by appointment only.
Items that are not picked up within the required pickup period will be considered abandoned and becomes the property of SELECT. SELECT may donate, liquidate, repurpose, redesign, or otherwise dispose of abandoned merchandise without notice or compensation in accordance with our consignment agreement.
Pricing
SELECT determines the initial selling price based on the item’s condition, quality, brand, age, current market, demand and our experience.
Markdowns or price adjustments may be made during the consignment period when necessary.
